Our client is a landmark residential multifamily coop building in the upper west side of Manhattan. Efficiti got engaged to provide a new heating/cooling system design for the building to replace the existing fossil fuel boiler that was towards its end of useful life.

• This building is opting for Cold Climate Heat pumps to replace its boiler and provide efficient heating and cooling year-round.

• Efficiti fully designed the new system, sized and selected the new equipment, managed the project, and applied for mechanical permits with the NYC Department of Buildings.

• We also applied for Clean Heat program incentives to cover half the project cost which made this project affordable for this customer.
